The Artisan Collection, a handmade, specially crafted range by Pana Barbounis, founder and Head Chocolatier. A hand crafted brittle is dipped into a delicious dark chocolate for a sweet, extra chewy and extra crunchy treat.

Hand made in Australia with single origin cocao from Peru and imported premium ingredients. 

Ingredients: Peanut brittle* (min 26%) [rice malt syrup*, roasted peanuts*, sugar* (raw*, coconut*), water, baking powder, sea salt], cacao* (min 25%; cacao butter*, cacao mass*), sugar* (raw*, coconut*), prebiotic tapioca fibre*, coconut milk powder*, sunflower lecithin*, sea salt, natural caramel flavour.
